We are happy to assist you on board. We just ask you to complete this form. You must submit the form no later than one day before your journey.
If you wish to be assisted on/off the fast ferry by your own helper, they can obtain a temporary boarding card at the ticket office in Odden or Aarhus.
You must be checked in at the port at least 30 minutes before departure.
If you are travelling as a foot passenger, please note that there is no lift on the gangway at Odden harbour. If you cannot use stairs, you must board/disembark via the ferry’s vehicle ramp.
