For our scanning system to read your Brobizz, it is important that it is positioned correctly. Otherwise, you risk the barrier not opening.
Here’s how to do it:
- The suction cups must face downwards
The side with the suction cups should point towards the window. - Use the holder or velcro tape
The Brobizz should be in its original holder or secured with velcro tape so it does not fall down during travel. - Placement in the car
Place the Brobizz high up on the windscreen, behind the rearview mirror, where it has a clear view.
Why is this important?
If the Brobizz is positioned incorrectly, the scanner cannot read it, and you may end up stuck at the barrier. So set the course correctly from the start.
