Where can I charge my electric car?
Clever has 2 fast chargers outside the check-in and 2 inside.
MOLSLINJEN offers 16 charging spots with fast charging at the harbour in Aarhus, and you will be able to pay by card.
How does check-in work if I have an electric car?
When you arrive at check-in, the machine scans your number plate. If you have an electric car, you will be asked if you wish to charge while waiting for departure. If you choose Yes, your ticket will be printed with this charging guide:
1. Drive to an available charging station
2. Scan the barcode on your ticket
3. Scan your payment card
4. Insert the charging plug into your car
How do I stop the charging?
1. Scan your payment card again
2. Remove the plug from the car and place it back in the charging station
3. Drive to the lane indicated on your ticket .
How do I get a receipt for the charging?
You can see your receipt on the charging station’s screen as well as a QR code, which can be scanned to download the receipt to your phone.
Can I pre-book a charging station?
No, charging is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I charge even if I declined at check-in?
Yes, you can. You can always scan your barcode/QR code directly at the charging station. The difference is that the help text will not be printed on your ticket.
Are there special rules about when I must find my lane?
You must be in your lane no later than 10 minutes before departure. Please note that charging is at your own risk. If you arrive late to your lane, you may lose your place on the departure.
