You can easily and conveniently get your ticket refunded, provided the ticket conditions allow it. Below you can see the options available to you, depending on the type of ticket you wish to have refunded.

How do I refund my ticket?
If you wish to refund a Standard or Business BlueClass ticket, please log in here and use the automatic refund process. Simply click "Refund" to initiate the refund immediately.
The vast majority of our add-ons can be refunded without a fee.
If you have a non-refundable ticket, it is possible to refund any add-ons only. Please note that the entire low-cost ticket will be cancelled.
