If you have accidentally double-booked (purchased two exactly identical tickets for the same departure), you can have one of the tickets refunded by writing to customer service, BEFORE the scheduled departure.
The refund is subject to the following conditions:

Both tickets are for the same departure (date and time)

Both tickets are in the same name

If a vehicle has been booked, the license plate number must be identical on both tickets
If there is a price difference between the two tickets, the most recently purchased ticket will be refunded.
